Getting A Quote

You can fill in our quote request form on the website by providing basic vehicle details, pick up / destination locations and you contact information. We will email you a detailed quote within 15 minutes or less. You can also reach our office toll free at +1 (877) 577-8963 or via online chat form and get a real time quote.

Our shipping routes have established rates that don’t fluctuate. Rate adjustments may happen once a year to adjust for inflation or rising fuel costs. Our written quotes are valid for 30 days.

We do not offer price matching at this time. We have priced our services according to the shipping options, flexibility and value that we offer. While there may be other carriers who offer lower rates, we strongly believe that most of them cannot meet our shipping timelines and flexibility.

Yes, just like any other service in Canada, service tax is added to your shipping bill. Tax exempt individuals and companies who are tax exempt or zero rated should identify as such at the time of booking.

Service tax of the province your vehicle is landing in will be calculated on your shipping bill. (E.g. 5% GST for Alberta or 13% HST for Ontario).

We provide a written quote upfront and that’s what we bill. Your shipping cost would only change if you provide incorrect information during booking (e.g. you book a shipment of Nissan Altima and the vehicle turns out to be a Chevy Silverado).

Booking your order

Once you have obtained your quote you can submit our online reservations form, reply to your quote with requested details or chat with our agent online or by calling our toll free line at +1 877-577-8953.

You will need to confirm your vehicles details, including year, make, model, color and VIN#. Contact details for origin and destination locations as well as your billing information. For auction shipments we will require a valid gate pass and buyer/stock number details.

The car’s vehicle identification number (VIN) is the identifying code for a SPECIFIC automobile. The VIN serves as the car’s fingerprint, as no two vehicles in operation have the same VIN. A VIN is composed of 17 characters (digits and capital letters) that act as a unique identifier for the vehicle. A VIN displays the car’s unique features, specifications and manufacturer. The VIN can be used to track recalls, registrations, warranty claims, thefts and insurance coverage.

Double-check to make sure that you have the right VIN and have copied it down correctly. Once you have verified that the VIN is definitely less than 17 characters, the VIN is most likely from a pre-1981 vehicle.

Prior to 1981, VINs varied in length from 11 to 17 characters. CARFAX can only report on vehicles that use a 17 character VIN. Therefore, information on vehicles manufactured before 1981 is limited.

While we pride ourselves in being able to offer one of the shortest, on demand lead times in the industry, if possible, it is best that you start planning your car shipments a few weeks in advance and confirm your booking at least a week ahead of your shipment. This is especially important if shipping to remote locations like Yukon or Newfoundland where schedules are often impacted by weather.

We do our best to accommodate last minute requests. Our regular shipping routes depart several times a week so your vehicle is guaranteed to depart within 48 to 72 hours.

You are not sure which date your vehicle will be ready for shipping and that’s ok. Our customer service agents will work around you schedule and secure a spot as soon as your vehicle is ready to be shipped.

We will issue a standard shipping agreement at the time of reservation. Vehicle inspection report will be issued at the time vehicle departure along with your tracking details and customer service number. We will also provide you with a copy of your invoice.

You can cancel your booking at any time. Please note that cancellations happening less than 48 hours of scheduled departure will incur a $300 cancellation fee.

Vehicle pick up and delivery

Terminal-to-Terminal  car shipping is the most affordable car shipping method. It means the customer is responsible for dropping off a vehicle at a terminal closest to the pickup location and then also responsible for picking it up at a terminal closet to the delivery location.

Door-to-door car shipping is the most convenient method of auto transport. You select a specific address for your vehicle to be picked up and dropped off. The truck driver will pick up and drop off your vehicle as close to this desired address as safely and legally possible.

For inspection and vehicle safety reasons we strongly suggest that either the shipper or authorized representative is present at the time of drop off. This way we can inspect your vehicle condition and have the authorized person sign off on it.

Yes, they can. You would need to confirm the persons Full Name in writing at the time of booking or provide this information prior vehicle pick up. This authorized 3rd party will need to provide a valid ID and sign off on receiving and inspecting your vehicle.

Please call for a customized quote if you need guaranteed pick up date(s). However, because anything can happen on the road, the auto-hauling industry does not guarantee delivery dates.

Are vehicle shipping delays common?

  • Traffic jams
  • Extreme Weather
  • Detours
  • Mechanical Problems
  • Accidents

This is the reason we will give you a 3-day delivery window. This built-in cushion will accommodate most unexpected road delays.
