We ship vehicles from Impact, Copart, ICBC, SGI and MPI. Every auction has its own requirements and time frames for vehicle pick-ups. Please contact our office if you have never transported a salvage vehicle from these auctions before.
Our team has extensive experience handling salvage vehicles safely and to ensure no further damage is caused.
If picking up directly from the auction, your vehicle will be loaded by salvage auction’s loaders. When handling the vehicle at one of our terminals we use a padded long-fork loader that can handle up to 8000 pounds.
You can choose to pick the vehicle up from our terminal using your own tow truck or trailer. We can also deliver to the warehouse of your choice, a body shop or even your residence via a flatbed tow truck.
We encourage our customers to arrange transport prior to vehicle purchase so it can be retrieved from the auction before storage fees accrue. We guarantee pick up within 48 hours of reservation in all major cities (Friday bookings would be picked up on Monday). Offsite locations in small towns may require additional time. Please contact our office in advance of purchasing your vehicle at an offsite facility.
