2. Quote requests

2.1 A request is not a booking. Submitting a quote request does not book a shipment or create a contract to transport your vehicle.

2.2 Quotes are estimates. Any price, transit time, or availability we provide in response to a request is an estimate based on the information you give us. It may change once we confirm your vehicle’s details, condition, route, and timing.

2.3 Booking. A shipment is booked only when we confirm it in writing. Your shipment is then governed by the transport terms we provide at booking, not these Terms.

2.4 Accurate information. You must provide accurate and complete information in your quote request, including your contact details and vehicle details. Do not submit a request on behalf of someone else without their permission.

3. Contacting you

3.1 When you submit a quote request, we will contact you by email or phone about that request.

3.2 We send marketing emails only if you consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

4. Privacy

Our Website Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information through the Website, including through cookies and quote requests. It is part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, belong to Automoves Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print Website content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our written permission. The Automoves name and logo are our trademarks.

6. Prohibited use

  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests
  • use the Website for any unlawful purpose
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems
  • interfere with the Website’s operation or security, or introduce malicious code

9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited by contract, including the laws of Quebec.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario. If you are a consumer in Quebec or another province whose laws give you the right to bring a claim where you live, that right is not affected.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not affect quote requests submitted before that date.

12. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Website Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about your use of the Website.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing a right does not waive it.
