Automoves Sponsors 2026 ATB Classic

EDMONTON, AB, September 21, 2026 — Automoves, Canada’s leading finished vehicle logistics provider, was an official sponsor of the 2026 ATB Classic presented by Building Trades of Alberta. The tournament was held September 14 to 20 at Blackhawk Golf Club in Edmonton. The ATB Classic is one of the flagship Canadian events on PGA TOUR Americas, where emerging professionals compete for points toward Korn Ferry Tour membership and a path to the PGA TOUR.

This year’s tournament had a 144-player field and was the last full-field event of the PGA TOUR Americas season. The top 60 players on the points list advanced to the season-ending championship in the Dominican Republic. Charlie Crockett of Surrey, England, won the title with a final-round 66, his first PGA TOUR Americas-sanctioned victory. The ATB Classic has been part of the tour for two decades and has featured past participants including PGA TOUR winners Taylor Pendrith, Corey Conners, and Jake Knapp.

Alberta is home to two of Automoves’ operations, in Edmonton and Calgary, the same two cities that will alternate as tournament hosts through 2029 under ATB Financial’s extended title sponsorship. Blackhawk Golf Club hosts in 2026 and 2028, and Mickelson National Golf Club in Calgary hosts in 2027 and 2029. Automoves’ drivers and staff in the province live and work in these communities, and the ATB Classic is one of the events that brings them together each year.

Alberta is an important market for us, and the ATB Classic is one of the province’s biggest sporting weeks. Sponsoring the tournament lets us support the local community and connect with the many Alberta customers who follow the sport.

— Andrejs Ludzeneks, Managing Director, Automoves

As part of the sponsorship, Automoves is running a national giveaway for a TaylorMade Qi10 driver. The contest is open to entrants in every province and territory, and entry takes four details with no purchase or shipping quote required. The winner will be selected on September 24, 2026.

The 2026 ATB Classic supported Alberta Dreams, a non-profit that grants dreams to children across Alberta facing severe chronic or life-threatening illnesses. Automoves was proud to back a tournament that directs its community impact toward families in the province.

Automoves provides personal vehicle shipping for relocations, purchases, and seasonal moves, along with dealer and auction transport and fleet logistics for businesses across Canada. Every shipment runs on Automoves-owned trucks with Automoves drivers, with no third-party brokers involved.
